The Service is currently in its beta phase and provided for testing and evaluation purposes only. Skarya.ai makes no guarantees regarding uptime, reliability, or data retention.

The Service integrates with third-party services, including Google Calendar. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. Skarya.ai is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or data handling of these external providers.

Some parts of the Service use AI technologies to generate content. Skarya.ai does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated output. Users should review all AI-generated content before sharing it externally.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties of any kind. You understand that the beta Service may contain errors and use it at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skarya.ai shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. In no event shall Skarya.ai’s total liability exceed AUD 100.Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee or right implied by the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be lawfully excluded.

10. Termination and Suspension

Skarya.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
